Welcome to ecoTHREATNY.org

Welcome to the hub for information about pollution sources in New York State. This site lets you zoom to maps of your community and view the top environmental concerns, find out about each pollution source, and learn how to take action.

The maps will appear in this window, and the buttons on the left will open new windows with information or advocacy steps for the different kinds of hazards we've included.

Please note that to be able to view the interactive maps provided by this website, we recommend using at least a 15" Monitor with 800 X 600 resolution or higher. The maps work for most systems; however, they do not work on Macs using Internet Explorer. This is a known gap in the ESRI ArcIMS software. Maps can be viewed on Macs using Netscape. Click Here to download the latest version of Netscape.
